Both of the bathrooms in our home were in need of being remodeled. TL helped us by drawing up the contract, explaining in detail what purchases we would need to make and what items Tommy Bath would provide. We were given a reasonable time to make the purchases. The bathroom remodel started with our upstairs bathroom. It needed to be brought up to date with current building codes and some of the framing had to be replaced due to damage. The downstairs bathroom involved the installation of a walk in shower. We are well pleased with the finished product and the willingness of TL to address any concerns we had throughout the process. My wife and I are very happy with the experience of having our master bath remodeled by Tommy Beth. They removed our tub/shower and wall tile converting it to a walk-in shower with new wall tile, floor tile, and glass doors. They also replaced the vanity/sink/countertop/faucet with all new, replaced the floor tile and the toilet. Right from the start we were comfortable with the owner. He was very thorough when going over the plans yet we never felt pressured to make any decisions we weren't comfortable with. The two employees he sent to do the work were both professional and respectful of our home and a pleasure to interact with.
